The interview was one on one and very comfortable. First, the manager explained a bit about the position and then asked me some questions she had written on a paper. They were all cause and effect questions. So she would ask me a scenario, how I handled the situation, and what the overall outcome of the situation was. I was very comfortable responding to the questions. She wrote my answers as I spoke.
