25 minute phone call with the recruiter, with questionnaire. I was confused about the interview process since I was told there were two additional interviews after the initial phone call. I provided information about related work experience and they followed with about a dozen technical questions. The questions were vague. I tried to give examples but they recruiter wasn’t very technical. There were some funny personal questions - HR sort of questions. DID NOT ask to tell me about yourself though. I actually had to ask about their benefits and compensation since it wasn’t provided in the interview.
