Interview
Very unresponsive recruiter. I was sent an email being invited to either an on-site interview or video interview if I was more than 250 miles away. Since I met the latter, I requested a video interview. The recruiter did not respond to me on the date we agreed on the interview, apologized and rescheduled, and again did not respond on the rescheduled date. In the end, I was indirectly rejected via their website and never heard from them again.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview wasn't how I expected it to be. Being this the first interview since graduating I expected to be asked many technical question but the questions asked were behavioral question. It was calm interview that it seemed more of a conversation. I was interviewed by a group of three engineers.
