Process can take a while. Process begins with a phone call from HR. A follow-up call is done by a hiring manager. HR then calls to set up a date/time to visit. Go visit and first meet with HR to discuss general introduction and fill out application or other forms. Then meet with hiring manager and perhaps a member of the team that the job would be associated. Then a brief tour of the facility to provide an overall perspective of the company.
