Only one interview before an offer was made. My skill set was in demand at the time, so the interview was only a formality. My experience with a West Coast insurance company helped a great deal. The person that interviewed me did not have a technical background. I was selected after submitting my resume to the HR department, which is a rare occurrence. I knew the company HR representative as we had attended the same college some years back.
