I applied and was contacted on the phone by my manager. The call lasted no more than half an hour. We talked about football for a few minutes, then he asked me about my various school projects and classes. He also asked a little bit about my preferences about where I wanted to live, and cautioned me that the location was fairly rural. A few months later, I received an offer via email.
