The interview process was very stress-free. The interviews were friendly. They didn't ask any useless questions such as "What is your greatest weakness." I submitted and application, received an email to schedule an interview in the same week, and after the interview, I heard back from the hiring manager promptly.

It was a quick process over all once you get your first interview scheduled. I only had to interview once but I have heard people needing two rounds. Also turn around was pretty quick and your recruiter is a really good source to ask questions if you have any. Please know your resume inside out because they will pull it up when interviewing you!

Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
