I applied online. Then, a recruiter reached out to me asking for more information. Perhaps 4 weeks later, I was asked to schedule a phone interview. The interview was with an engineer and the hiring manager. It lasted about 30 minutes. About half the interview was the engineer who worked at Lockheed discussing the position and a typical day in his shoes. They asked me about my experiences with systems engineering. After the interview it took about a month again to receive feedback after the interview.

My interview was strictly behavioral and was done by the senior manager of my team. They honestly didn’t ask anything super technical just the usual follow ups on the contents of my resume. It was honestly pretty easy all things considered.

The interview process was very professional and easy to navigate to. It was done via Skype and you will likely be speaking to a hiring manager. The questions were more logical and a background of there systems was given.

The interview was very laid back. They explained what I would work on as a Systems Engineer. It was more of a discussion than an interview. It seemed like the manager was trying to sell me the job.
