Other Integration and Test Engineer Interview Reviews for Lockheed Martin
This was a 30-minute interview at the SHPE convention. Most of the questions were either behavioral or about my previous experiences. There was also alot of questions about the jobs that were open and life in Littleton.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Kings Bay, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was flown out to interview for the Integration and Test Engineer position at the King's Bay Naval Submarine Base. We started with going over my resume again (this was initially done with the hiring manager over the phone). This lasted about 45 minutes. Next, the hiring manager proceeded to tour me around to the different areas of operation where I would meet various team members. The team members didn't ask any intense questions, just questions about myself, my resume, and answered any questions I had. The touring/meeting people lasted approximately an hour and half. We returned to the initial building where any more questions I had were answered by the hiring manger and a brief overview of the benefits were given. The overall process took about 3 - 3.5 hours and was an enjoyable experience. All Lockheed staff were very knowledgeable and receptive to any questions I had.
