I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
An interview like none-other. There are no behavior based questions or anything similar. The interview is just a gauge on your preferences to find out where you want to be. The goal is to find a potential fit for you in the company, which is nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Lexington, KY) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly difficult for me. This was for a position with the SOF GLSS department they had and interviewed with two hiring managers on the phone. I was asked mostly behavior questions and one technical question

What do you know about some of the products in this sight?
4 People. All behavioral questions. Used the STAR method for grading interviewees. Interviewers were all relatively young and very nice. Took forever to get back to me after the interview though.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Went to a job hiring event doen in Fort Worth and met with the hiring department and current workers and talked about their experience there. It was great talking to workers to learn if this is a great fit for myself.
