You may be required to take a mechanical ability test. LM will contact you with a test time and testing location in your area. Don’t be late for the test. Upon completion of the test and a passing score, you will be contacted by LM with a job offer. I received no interview for the position.
The job offer is contingent upon a passing drug test and background check.

Interview
Interview was straightforward and down to earth. No silly questions. All job related, skills and experience framed in what the company needs and what is in your resume. I was made to feel welcome and treated with respect and courtesy. Unlike some interviewers, this hiring manager spoke to me as a fellow professional and not as though he was there doing me a favor by interviewing me. It was a positive experience.
