The second portion of the interview was to meet the other team members and answer some relevant questions based on my resume.

Overall a general approach with not too many technical questions. They ask for your understanding of what you think a System's Engineer does. Or what comprises a "system", with examples.

Interview
One over the phone interview. Discussion about my resume, the job, and some questions about moving/clearance etc. Second part was 6 STAR method questions, somewhat related to the job, like "Describe your decision making process" and "how do you know who to ask questions to when you are stuck on a problem". Last part was me asking questions about the job.
Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
