I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
After applying, I immediately had an interview a week later that went amazingly! HR said I should hear something in two weeks.
Three weeks went by and I contacted HR; they said that week or next I would hear back. Couple more weeks went by and I have tried contacting HR a couple of times since and have been completely GHOSTED.
It has now been two months since my original interview. I am extremely disappointed in this unprofessionalism; at least have the decency to respond with the rejection/update.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview was very conversational. Two technical leaders were asking about my experience, some situational behavioral questions, and some technical object oriented programing questions. Use the Star method for responses.

Question 1
What are the pillars of object oriented programming.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
