Initially interviewed by two hiring managers was a very relaxed conversation, they explained that they were piggybacking off each other's interview for their programs. Asked behavioral questions like getting along with difficult employees, name a time you had to make a difficult decision or unpopular decision, explain your trouble shooting steps, explain the type of technologies your familiar with, what are some technology pitfalls you have encountered. I was then contacted by one of the hiring managers for one of his programs said he wanted me to talk to the the team. Again a very relaxed convo asked about my experience because they stated I worked in an environment that is way more operational in sense that I might be bored in a data center. Talked about the program and work-life balance.
