The screening process was more technical than the interview the hiring manager. The screening review went over my knowledge base of typical attitude terms and control hardware. The interview with the hiring manager went into detail with my relevant experiences and some technical questions about the work on those projects. Since it was on work I've done, I was confident in answering those technical questions. It was overall quite easy and very fluid.
