Applied on their website, took 2 weeks to come back to me to arrange interview date, then another 2 weeks before I was able to meet up at their offices for face to face interview. Was interviewed by 2 gentlemen dressed in casual attire, very friendly and asked questions on coding, version control and project lifecycle. When it came to salary, I told them how much I was on but made a joke about how much I was expecting, one of the gentleman scribbled down something on their notepad immediately. A week later, I received a phonecall that I wasn't going to be made an offer and a reason was mot given, I might have blew it with the salary joke.
