Lockheed Martin interview questions

The interview process was a great experience. I met with the senior manager, and two other contract negotiators. The interview was pretty laid back. Every one was nice. Although I was a great fit, I was not selected for the position. They decided to pursue some one who’s background really aligns with the position.

30-minute or so behavioral interview. Interviewer was casual which made for a very comfortable conversation. Started out with very basic "tell me about yourself questions" and then the interviewer did a deeper dive into my resume and asking questions about my previous experience.
