Interviewer was very friendly, I was asked 2 questions about myself and then 2 situation based questions. It was very relaxed and actually quite enjoyable, as it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

First, I had to submit a resume and cover letter. The interview process was three steps: one group interview, the next was an individual one with HR, then one with an associate. It was a bit difficult to prepare for the group interview, as we were not sure what the task was going to be until the interview itself. The questions for the other two were more standard and typical.

I interviewed with five different people, it was not extremely hard but make sure to be prepared with genuine answers. They will definitely ask you to talk more about something or expand on things they want to hear more about.
