Went through about 8 rounds of interviews with a mix of Sales Reps, Regional Directors, VP of Sales and a technical presentation panel. In addition, a logistics tests was administered.

The process was very clear, professional and straightforward. The entire process did not drag on unnecessarily. In fact, it was an efficient process overall. This included introductory and screening calls with the internal recruiter followed by an in-person interview with the SE / pre sales manager (which involved a brief technical written test and a presentation I was asked to prepare for) and a further telephone conversation with the EMEA sales director.

After four phone interviews and a Skype conference I was brought onsite for an in person interview. -No coordination with car rental, wouldn't give rental to me since I wasn't a current employee..had to make own arrangements -Arrived on time to find out people scheduled to meet with me were out of office -Waited 45 minutes for new interview team to be thrown together -Sat through four technical interviews all starting with, "Why are you here, I didn't think we were filling any positions?" -promised an "immediate" update on process either that night or the next day -Kept until 530PM waiting for last interview and missed the car return....almost my flight Over all it felt like a rushed process with me feeling like a inconvenience to them. After hearing four times from the VP who interviewed me that I would know the outcome immediately, I was left hanging with no response via email or phone after multiple attempts to follow up...then shifting to try and get reimbursement for the charges for the car..... And then nothing....for four weeks when I simply bit the bullet on the money they owed. I am still receiving reminders of the toll charges from that trip...
