BEWARE OF GRILLING!!
My first two rounds of interviewing with LogRocket were very pleasant at first. I love how the employees really took the time to get to know me and my experience with sales.
However, when it was time for me to be interviewed again for the second round. I was grilled with questions for 30 mins straight. Not only was I uncomfortable but it also led to me making mistakes in my answers.
After I was done with the final round of interviews, I wasn't sure about what to expect. A few hours later, I got an email from them telling me that they would like to extend an offer but they were requesting one more interview.
It seemed kind of odd since I thought I was done interviewing with them but I figured if they're already interested in giving me an offer then how could I decline.
I ended up meeting with more people, and then I had another mock call session with one of the higher ups.
It took a while for me to realize this but while I was waiting for my interviewer to login to join the Zoom meeting, I was immediately kicked out.
I had to wait in the Zoom waiting room for someone to let me in. I waited for 10 minutes...
I eventually reached out to the interviewer via email and I was just sent a NEW zoom link.
I honestly regret agreeing to this additional interview request because the interviewer was completely cold and dismissive after the mock call. I also strongly have reason to believe that the interviewer didn't want me to join the Zoom meeting ON PURPOSE because I know Zoom allows the host to see who is waiting on standby.
After having an experience like that, I would not want to work for this company anyways. If you're treating your candidates like this then how do you really treat your employees?

Initial phone call, talked about the position and what a typical day would be. Was about 30 minutes. Said they would follow up in the following week with next step.

The process was very thought out and I really enjoyed meeting with various members of the team.
First call was with a recruiter who stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Next step was a video interview with the Sales Manager. Questions were pretty standard and the role was communicated well. After this was a 2 hour interview with different members of the company. Met with a few sales team members, marketing, and a co-founder. Everyone was really welcoming. There was also a mock call with the sales manager at the end. Lastly I met with the other co-founder on a separate zoom call. Overall it seems like a great environment and there are clear goals from the co-founders on growth.

Interview
The process was quick but redundant and too long. I found it ridiculous that I put so much time and effort into a 3 STEP interview for a sales position to not receive an offer. They need to revamp their hiring process if they're going to be so picky and not waste candidates time to get to a final round and not be offered a position. Also being drilled on questions is accurate for this process. I definitely felt as if they were trying to sabotage my answers by asking me irrelevant questions to the position.
