4 rounds of interview. Met people in charge of front end, backend and product. For the 6 people I met half of them were really bad at what they do and doesn’t look like they knew what they were asking. They want someone who knows everything about frontend, backend and product design as well as UI. But when they asked me to design a new app and I asked what features they want and what the expected requests per second and peak requests should be, they were like “how would I know”. They kept telling me how much money they raised and how great the company will be. Most people working there are very unfriendly. (Or they were just too wired in to ignore people say hi to them) I wouldn’t recommend this company if you have other options.
