I applied through other source. I interviewed at LogRocket
Interview
Rejected at phone call with hiring manager. Guy seemed nice but something felt kind of off. It was hard for me to ask questions because he didn't seem excited about their product or explained anything in detail. It made me nervous during the entire process, so probably wasn't a good fit anyways.

Question 1
Q. Describe a complex project you worked on. Did anything go terribly wrong?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LogRocket (Boston, MA) in Dec 2025
Interview
I completed 7 specific interview meetings over 3 rounds (phone screen, tech screen, full panel). The tech screen was a language-agnostic coding problem. The full panel had a session for background and Q & A, 2 system design interviews, and 1 product design interview, as well as a chat with the CEO. Every interview besides the first was scheduled in a timely manner, and I received same-day feedback after every interview. I felt all the interview questions evaluated my problem solving skills fairly, and each technical question directly related to a problem LogRocket has solved in the past. Overall a very positive experience.

Interview
Warning: if you get to the 4 hour panel interview stage and do not receive an offer, they do not provide feedback.
First step was a phone screen with a hiring manager.
After that it was a 45 min algorithmic technical interview
After that it’s 4 hour panel interview in person.
Overall it was a decent interview experience, although I did get weird vibes from some of the interviewers. The panel stage was mostly system design, and although I thought I did okay I guess I didn’t have what they were looking for. What irked me was that after completing a 4 hour panel, they sent me a generic rejection email and didn’t give me any feedback when I asked. If you are local they give you the option to complete the panel in person or remotely and will push for you to do it in person. I regret doing it in person because I thought I would at least receive the courtesy of feedback for dedicating so much of my time.
