These people have had this job opening for months and if you search LinkedIn for Customer Success, no one has started since summer 23. Something fishy is going on there with hundreds of Content Advisory Board Members recently added as well. Interviewer Beware
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LogRocket in Jan 2024
Interview
The first part of the interview proceeded professionally and adhered to standard procedures. However, the behavior of the individual conducting the 2nd interview, who was the Chief Revenue Officer ,was immature and unprofessional. I have had the opportunity to interact with several C-level executives in the past, and none of them have conducted themselves in such a manner. The interview felt less like a formal evaluation and more like an interrogation. At times, it seemed as though the conversation was either a covert attempt to gather information on my company or a phishing expedition to learn about the operations of our customer success team

Question 1
Tell me all about your product and your playbooks/operations.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LogRocket (Boston, MA)
Interview
The process consisted of a series of 4 interviews - Recruiter, Hiring Manager, presentation with part of your potential new team and a cross functional panel interview.
From the start, I was kept informed of the timeline and committed dates for next steps. All deliverables were met, not requiring a candidate to constantly follow up. There was no ghosting whatsoever.
The interviews were more conversational then your typical grilling of standard questions. I was not asked ridiculous questions that were not pertinent to my skill set and the position I was applying for.
At the same time, I was interviewing with 2 other employers who were not even close in comparison to meeting candidate expectations like LogRocket was. It was clear that LogRocket had taken the time to develop a process to make candidates feel warm and welcomed, which assisted in my decision on accepting the offer. If it’s chaos during the interview process, you are sure to find that at the company itself.
If you are provided the opportunity to interview, do it!! You will not be disappointed and if anything, will begin to hold other companies to a higher standard.
