Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the interview process was disappointing for you as we are always striving to have a fair, thorough, and positive experience for each and every candidate.
We do pride ourselves on hiring top talent and, while the pre-employment assessment is part of our process, it is not the only factor in our decision-making. We meet an incredible amount of smart and capable people and, unfortunately, are not able to hire them all.
It is true that most candidates do not complete all of the questions in the time allotted, however we still encourage candidates to try. The assessment is designed for administration in a proctored setting, which we schedule at the most convenient time and place for our candidates, thus giving you an opportunity to do it in the comfort of your own home with our team via video conference.
