LogicMonitor Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

It was a multi round interview process. 1st round is related to online coding where you have to solve three programs . After clearing this round they conduct 2-3 face to face interview. This interview is easy and focused on core java,microservice,springboot. Interview panels are not updated with latest technology changes. They ask questions from a given sheet and by doing random googling. They don't know how to solve any problem. While asking questions he asked me to turn on video while he himself never turned on cam. he went away to play with someone or having tea after giving me a program to code. Whatever he asked ,i replied all questions confidently and he looked good at that time. Later i came to know they are not going ahead with my profile and they do have a generic feedback for all candidates... that you are not strong in blah blah. Its better to give detailed feedback to clear away any doubt. It seems they are just wasting precious time of any candidate. It was one of the worst interview experience of my IT carrier .
