It was a multi round interview process.
1st round is related to online coding where you have to solve three programs .
After clearing this round they conduct 2-3 face to face interview. This interview is easy and focused on core java,microservice,springboot. Interview panels are not updated with latest technology changes. They ask questions from a given sheet and by doing random googling. They don't know how to solve any problem. While asking questions he asked me to turn on video while he himself never turned on cam. he went away to play with someone or having tea after giving me a program to code. Whatever he asked ,i replied all questions confidently and he looked good at that time. Later i came to know they are not going ahead with my profile and they do have a generic feedback for all candidates... that you are not strong in blah blah. Its better to give detailed feedback to clear away any doubt. It seems they are just wasting precious time of any candidate. It was one of the worst interview experience of my IT carrier .

2. Technical Interview
I had a very negative experience with the interview. The reason being the behaviour of the interviewer. He was not at all engaging during the interview and was just concentrated at the output of the programs. Not even seeing the approach that I have followed. Moreover he was not allowing me to complete an answer for the question he asked me. When I starts answering one question he will shift to another question instantly if he feels that I know that answer. Well it is good to know the outlook of the employees at this early stage of the recruitment process. After the interview I decided I will not proceed even if I got selected.

Coding test was easy to medium , interview was logical. Then the final managerial round happened in which the manager hardly asked any technical questions. After 1 week, got an email that they are not proceeding with my candidature without any feedback and got no response even when asked for feedback. HR was kind of unresponsive during the whole process.
