I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Logical Position (Austin, TX) in Jul 2020
Interview
A few phone interview, robotic recruiter where they told me about pay structure and general day to day. I'm not sure if there was a cut on applicants between the initial phone screen and the second phone interview.
This was a 15-minute phone interview. It went smoothly.
The interviewer was kind and courteous. Some questions were repeated. Also, I was a little uncertain of how familiar he was with my resume.
I applied online. I interviewed at Logical Position (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021
Interview
2 phone calls, and then a FaceTime interview. They checked my computer internet speed. The FaceTime video was with an account manager who wouldn’t even turn his camera on. Not a very professional interview, and was more of a frat house bro interview. He offered me the job, and it took them 5 days to get back to me. They pushed the start date back 2 1/2 weeks because their new system is backed up. I turned down the offer. Thryve is the same style of company, but has a way better pay system from salary to commission. I’d look to join them if I was you, and stay away from this company.

We are very sorry about your experience. All video interviews should be conducted with a camera. There might have been some technical difficulties, but either way we appreciate the feedback. We are glad you found a good path and wish you all the best.
one 30 minute phone call with the talent acquisition person who asked basic questions about my background. 2nd interview was a 1-hour zoom call with the hiring manager. It was a pretty casual process and asked some behavioral questions.
