The interview process went well initially. I had a good chat with the hiring manager on the phone. Then I came in for two on-site interviews meeting with 3 or 4 people each time. There were some technical issues when they wanted to do a few of the interviews via video. At the end of the 2nd round, the hiring manager made it sound like a good fit. However, I know I wasn't selected, but that's an educated guess because no one ever got back to me about it, even after trying to contact the recruiter and hiring manager. It's fine if I'm not selected for the role but I feel that it's bad form to not close out a candidate who has been on-site twice. Even a simple email would have sufficed.
