I applied for a first role in January but was not selected.
Couple of months later, the hiring manager reached out to me directly about a new position, mentioning I arrived too late in the process for the previous role (an offer had already been made to another candidate). 2 phone interviews with him and a case presentation at the HQ in Lausanne.
Then I was left out in cold. With no response what so ever from the hiring manager. I tried to cc the person from HR when the position was posted on LinkedIn, same result ... completely ghosted, not even a generic email.
Really disappointed !

I would like to apologize for this very unpleasant experience; it's clearly not the image of Logitech I want to project.
I have now closed the loop with you offline about your interviews.
I made a mistake in managing these off-process interviews and we are going to revisit our internal processes to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
