Really disheartening interview process. First call was spent talking about values and their commitment to DEI. I perceived Logitech as being a very progressive organization until the recruiter asked my ideal salary. I told them that I would prefer to know the budget or range for the role first. That annoyed the recruiter and he said there was no set budget (hard to believe). I later found out I didn’t get the job - and wasn’t able to ever have a conversation about my qualifications. Huge let down - all talk on DEI efforts but no action.
