I applied online. I interviewed at Long Beach Transit (Long Beach, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was a three person panel. it was very relaxed and non complicated. They didn't ask silly questions like the typical "what is your greatest weakness?" just simply asked about your past experiences that are usually related to your resume or cover letter.
The interview process was very straightforward. Not very many technical questions, but they do want to see how well you fit with the company. For interns, they want to see your projects and how much it's made an impact.
