I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Framingham, MA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Very easy. Normally done in three parts, but they cut it down to two because I showed up during a snow storm. You meet all the managers, and they all ask you different generic questions like "Who are you? Why do you want to work for Longhorn?" and a whole bunch of "Name a time you did this or name a time this happened and what did you do" questions.
