Unangenehme Gesprächsatmosphäre und teils sehr seltsame HR Fragen die mit dem Job selbst nichts zu tun hatten. Der Interviewer wusste nichts über Lonza und das ausgeschriebene Jobprofil. Das Interview wirkte unprofessionel und konfus/chaotisch auf mich. Bisher von allen Jobinterviews das schlechteste.
