I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lonza
Interview
Quick and straight-forward interview, 30-minutes long (when you do the interview, the interviewer has probably already read the questionnare that was filled by HR with all your information during the 1st call, so make sure to give the best impression on that 1st call). The interviewer first explained a bit about the company and then asked about myself and my career path. Questions were fairly easy and related with previous professional experience. My advice would be to be oneself and show your motivation for the job.
Call with HR (asked what motivated me to apply, would u be ok working shift, and what u know about upstream downstream processing) few days later go a call for an interview with management
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lonza (Visp) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was quite straight forward lasted about 30 minutes and it was only a first interview by phone, lots of questions about my experience in the area and preferences of work
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
