I had spent a good amount of time researching Lonza and preparing for the interview and was surprised with how casual the process was and how few questions were asked.
I had recently moved from the north to the south and she asked why I moved, she asked what kind of job experience I've had in the past and the rest of the time she explained the duties of the position. I mostly offered my background and I think I asked more questions about the position than she asked of me. It was the best interview I've ever had as far as how well we connected and the flow of the exchange.
