The interview process was easy and they just hired whoever looked good honestly. They ask pretty reasonable questions like why would you like to work for us and what would you bring to the company. They also ask about your previous job and I feel this is to see if you need the job or not. The call back process is stressful and takes forever though, good luck with that.
