I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (Paris) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was approached by recruiters, process included 3 or more interviews with HR department, I didn't pass until the interview with the shop manager. Expectations are really high but in accordance to brand's requirements. The staff in Paris headquarter was really friendly and welcoming. For this position, knowledges in fashion trends, designers and luxury sales ceremonial are mandatory. The negative points to my opinion is that people I met were asking questions already knowing what they wanted to hear, so either you get it right or wrong, it wasn't much of getting to know me and my experience but more about my knowledge of LV and fashion designers. The first contact was by phone, approximately 30 minutes interview, with questions about my experience and brand awareness, one question in English. Then one interview with two HR staff in Paris headquarter, and if all went well a third interview with the shop manager. The hiring process was super short and reactive, when the recruiters sent my CV I've been phoned in the afternoon, then interview 2 days later and the last interview should've been day+1 after.
