The first part is a phone interview with a recruiter from Talent Acquisitions. Second part is a virtual interview where you record yourself answering questions and submitting an email as if you were already apart of Client Services. Lastly, is a group interview with 1 or 2 Team Managers and other candidates.

Very long process, lots of questions, many different people meet with but they were very welcoming and professional. Some questions were open ended and you must bring your resume to every sessions to review it very carefully. Must have background luxury experience
