I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Cape Coral, FL) in Apr 2017
Interview
I completed my resume online and then a day later was invited to take an assessment test online. Then I was given a phone call a few days later and asked to come in for a Interview. The manager on the phone scheduled me the following week for 10:00 am with the assistant manager. Then I received a confirmation email for the interview scheduled for 9:00 am. On the day of the interview I arrived and was called back to the employee break room. I was told to wait until the Manager/Assistant was available. i was given a sheet of paper describing the position and that it may not be full time. As i waited I witnessed employees actively engaging with the Manager with disputes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Buford, GA) in May 2020
Interview
Standard 1 on 1 with the Manager. Pretty much what you would expect in terms of basic interviewing questions. I had to make multiple calls to follow up within the following couple of weeks, which was aggravating as I was prepared to accept the offer if it came. Their recruiter was excited to get me interviewed but seemed aggravated at my follow up attempts.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Little Rock, AR) in Jun 2016
Interview
Called me within 24 hours of submitting the application, got an interview the following day. The interview was in a small back office (no big deal) with a manager of some sort. He asked a lot of generic interview questions but nothing really that specific on electrician things? My guess is he just used to be a cashier and worked his way up. Regardless he was nice and professional. (he did ask what was the craziest thing I've seen in the military; off the record) Honestly kind of glad i didn't get the job. most likely wouldn't pay enough/ be challenging to my abilities.
