Super easy, one phone interview and I was offered the job before even coming into the workplace. It seemed like they didn't have many people apply for the position and took whoever was moderately qualified.

Interview
Took a brief tour of the area in which I would be working, as he explained what I would be doing. Was asked what my work ethic is like, why would I like this job. Then he takes you to a room and asks a few questions like how would you handle a certain situation. The whole process took about 25 minutes.
I applied online, received a call a week later. I met with the HR manager then the Store Manager. I was later a few days later with a job offer and to take a background and drug test
