I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Conway, SC)
Interview
The offices in this place are horrible--four cinder block walls with no windows. The interview felt a little like an interrogation simply because of the setting. The questions were standard--what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc. They literally cannot come up with anything better.

I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Yonkers, NY)
Interview
It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.

Interview
They asked me personal questions like hobbies I do and stuff outside of work. Asked about prior experience. The usual stuff. No questions like what would you do in this situation.
