I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in May 2014
Interview
I had applied for the job in February and I got a call in May to see if I was still interested in the job. I was, so I set up an interview. When I got there they were very unprepared. I had to meet with more than one person, so they kept making me go sit on a bench in the front doorway of the building. Then it was explained to me that they have to interview a certain number of people before they could hire someone. If no one else applied than they could not fill the position.
