Submit resume on the Lowes Employment portal, timely interview, 2 weeks later I had a job offer. Very fast turnaround. Interviewed with three people, so it was extensive, but only the one series of interviews. No follow up interview was needed or requested.

Nothing...all was above board and expected. There is a drug test and an extensive background check...but nothing unexpected
Phone call with recruiter, then in-person with assistant manager of the department. Typical interview questions. He asked about my past experience, why I wanted to work there and if I had any questions. He was very nice and cared about getting to know me.
