Great interview process. Meetings with Store and Assistant managers. Questions range from past experiences at jobs and in life. Knowledge of the department you are applying for is a HUGE advantage. Past experience in certain areas will help pay scale.

Interview with ASM. Received offer via email several days later. Accepted offer. Took drug test. Then got several emails from corporate people asking me to please accept the offer and complete background check. I thought i had already done this. Called the girl at Lowe’s (ASA) was confused but said she was waiting on my background check. She had no idea what she was doing. Then i get an email asking me to start my background check. What? I thought it was done. Waited another week, then get an email that I had not been selected. What? I know that my drug and background checks/tests were clean. Overall a horrible experience. No one had a clue what was going on and I was treated badly.
