Explain a situation when you had to take criticism and change something you were doing around it. Was a quick turnaround between initial application and a job offer.

Easy and very quick. Offered the position on the spot. Almost seemed too easy to be honest. I wish it would’ve been more difficult. Interview was the shortest part, waiting for background and drug test too the longest.

Two managers, low key. Very comfortable and open. We basically sat together and discussed job and personal life and made connections. Probably one of the first interviews I didn’t feel like I was under a microscope or being judged about my personal life and the issues I’ve had.
