Interview with hr manager and zone manager, ask questions on how you have dealt with situations in the past and what you would do in a given situation, go over requirements of position such as making sales quotas

I was a transfer within the company, but my interview was still an extensive, detailed ordeal. I was living out of state when I interviewed for the job. My whole interview was over the phone. My work experience and history were the main subjects. The interview lasted two days and involved the HR manager and then the Ops manager.
