I applied on line. Had two interviews that i thought were pretty much common sense questions about customer service. First one with HR and the second with the store manager and department manager.

Question 1
Name a time when a customer was upset and what did you do.
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Richmond, VA)
Interview
The interview was informal and awkward, with little communication or instructions. The questions were awkward as well. The position was also not advertised or described as a sales position, it focused mainly on working the desk and helping contractors with their orders. This is apparently a sales job with unreachable sales goals.
