I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online, got a call back from HR to set up a phone interview the next day. HR called and once done with that interview I got a call back the next day to come in for an in person interview. After that interview I got a call back the following day to come in to meet the manager who has the final say. The manager meeting just seems like a formality to make sure you're competent and basically have the job prior to even meeting them.

Interview
It was an in-person interview where I met with one of the store managers. It was for a summer job so the questions were not very demanding, simply testing for if someone had work intelligence and could be reliable and quick on their feet.
