I applied online and was contacted within a few days. I went in for an interview. The HR manager told me to wait at the back of the store. I was early, but they ended up running ten minutes later than the interview was supposed to start. We went into a small office with the store manager and the interview began. The questions were easy and typical. I was offered the job within a few days after completing a drug test. The process was simple and quick.

Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.
