The interview went well, but IMO they rely too much on scripted questions that does not get to the real depth of a prospective employee's knowledge. It felt like this was an exercise just to say interviews were done when they already had their chosen candidate ready and waiting.

Three weeks from application to offer. I was a part time employee at Lowe's already. I applied online and was called for an interview two weeks later. I was offered the position one week after that. The pay is presented as take it of leave it but it is negotiable depending on the store manager.
