Interview
The Interview process was very smooth, I had 5 rounds of interviews 1st round was Techno functional round by the Lead where he asked case studies and SQL , 2 round was Director where she asked about past experience and Projects.
Post that i had 3 more rounds by US Panel. Because this was a new role and team the US Directors and Team wanted to review the candidate.
3rd round was 3 Panel interviews with OBS Managers from the US. They asked about past experience, Leadership questions, Analytics, and Project Management.
4th Round was with US Director where he gave a brief on Project, vision for the team, Expected outcomes, Team roadmap, and Normal questions about me.
5th Round was HR

it was great they went into advanced sql and then challeneged in adobe and digital concepts which was primarily on rca and advanced segmentation and previous job analysis and recommendations
